One Project At a Time

I choose to work on one project at a time so that I can be on the job, making sure my subcontractors are there when they say they will be, and doing the job to my expectations.

You will be asked to make A LOT of decisions. We will go over some of the major decisions at the beginning and I will always communicate with you when a choice needs to be made on-site.

You will never wonder what is going on. The best thing about being my number one client is that I am on site just about every day and if I am not there, you can always reach me by phone.

Common Questions

If you have a question not listed here, reach out to us and we’ll take the time to answer all your questions.

Great question! Building materials and subcontractor costs have increased in the last few years. In order to give my clients a better idea of what their project will cost, I choose to create a budget based on the size, style, and finishes that we have discussed in our initial meeting. The budget is a working document that might change based on the client's choices. That being said, I find that in today's market, a custom residence will cost around $300 per square foot.

From experience, it is best to plan on 9-months to a year to complete your home and be ready for you to move in.

Most people are able to look online and find something close to what they want. From there, we can work with a designer who can take your idea and customize it just for you.

This is certainly something we can discuss. However, in order to stay on time and keep on schedule with subcontractors, we need to be able to make sure work is progressing at the appropriate rate.

Getting Started

Step 01

Let’s talk. Bring your plans and let’s talk through your expectations, your budget, and your timeline. I want to make sure that we can work together before I agree to take on your project.

Step 02

I’ll build a budget based on the types of materials, square footage etc. I do not give bids due to fluctuating prices and the inevitable number of changes that we do not anticipate in the beginning.

Step 03

If the budget is acceptable and the timeline works for you, we can get started on building the home you have been dreaming about.
